Paul Sanchez

Director and Experienced Education Leader

With over 20 years of experience in education, I have dedicated my career to fostering excellence in teaching and learning. Currently serving as a headteacher for the past four years, I have spent the last 15 years in senior leadership roles, where I have honed my expertise in driving school improvement and cultivating a positive and high-performing school culture.

I have been a Specialist Leader of Education (SLE) in English and Mathematics and have provided consultancy services across all aspects of primary education. My strengths lie in developing staff through effective mentoring and coaching, ensuring the highest standards of teaching to help every child and teacher achieve their full potential.

In addition to my headteacher role, I am the Trusts Maths Consultant/Tutor and Quality Assurance (QA) Tutor for a teacher training school. In these roles, I support trainee teachers and mentors, ensuring that their training meets the required high standards of quality and effectiveness.

I am passionate, driven, and committed to ensuring that all children receive the best possible education, empowering staff and students alike to reach their goals.

Sarah Weekes

Director and Experienced Education Leader

With over 18 years of experience in education, I am passionate about helping students and educators achieve their full potential. My career spans across teaching, leadership, and specialised support, with a focus on Key Stage 1, Early Years education, and Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Since qualifying as a teacher in 2007, I have developed a deep understanding of child development, using creativity, enthusiasm, and evidence-based strategies to foster engaging learning experiences.

As a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO), I specialise in creating inclusive learning environments that ensure every child receives the tailored support they need to thrive. I’m also experienced in leading reading and phonics initiatives, driving significant improvements in student outcomes through strategic planning and expert guidance.

In my eight years as Deputy Headteacher, I led school-wide improvements, enhancing curriculum design, refining teaching practices, and empowering teams to excel. This leadership experience has provided me with a unique insight into school dynamics and how to create impactful change that benefits both students and educators.
